Design and Development Process
To design, develop, and implement the post-demonstration survey tool, we followed the following process:

Conduct online teleconference to determine survey questions and technical requirements
Write survey questions
Create draft of electronic survey on Survey Monkey
Edit survey questions
Finalize survey questions
Launch survey
Administer survey after the live demonstration on December 12, 2007
